Short and sweet
We know life is busy. That’s why our classes are specially designed to work your entire body in 30 minutes. Lose weight, build muscle and improve stamina in our short high intensity workouts.
Classes
Our small group classes mean the best of both worlds - motivation to keep up the pace and personal assistance and challenges. We have 3x packages available for you. 1 month of unlimited, 10x classes or the option to pay as you go.. We also offer private sessions where we can train at the gym in your residence, in your house or outdoors in a local park.
Cardio
Our 30 minute cardio classes will get you moving. Build stamina and have fun in our high intensity classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and combined with strength training on Saturdays.
Strength
Building muscle is not all about bulking up - sure we can challenge you do to that, but mostly we’re here to tone and sculpt your muscles. 30 minute strength classes on Tuesday and Thursdays, and combined with cardio on Saturdays.
Private Sessions
At our place or at yours, we’ll spend quality time together with an emphasis on your body and muscle groups. Available as 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour dedicated sessions.
Sample Class
We offer your first class free as a trial class to see if you like it. You will also receive a consultation and overview of your fitness - for free and no strings attached. Come by and try give a group session a go, there’s a high chance you’ll have a great time!

Our team
Juan & Katie is more a dynamic duo than Batman and Robin. In their own fitness trip too, these two will lead the group and private classes. Katie - Originally from New Zealand, has always been in the area of health and fitness and studied 3 years of physical education at university and also has a bachelor of commerce. Juan - raised in Leon - has more than 10 years of experience in the gym, where he has gained essential knowledge of how to apply each exercise and has an international business degree and a postgraduate degree as an administrator. He has several certifications in training methodology. They both have a passion to see their and your lifestyle & health improve.
